  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Polywad, Inc. ships shotgun shells only to locations within the contiguous United States. Polywad, Inc. does not ship shells to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship shells to Canada or any other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered by the freight carrier to the customer specified address. Shell orders require a physical address for delivery. Shells cannot be shipped by U.S. Mail. There will be an $11.00 per package UPS address correction fee applied to any order placed by a customer in which the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.


  • Return Policy
  • Polywad, Inc. does NOT accept returns on shells unless there is a manufacturer's defect, damage from shipping or an error in product shipped. Incorrect, defective or damaged returns must be preauthorized. Refunds will NOT be given on any unauthorized return of shells. If there is a problem with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Product returned after 30 days from the ship date will be charged a 25% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 90 days from the ship date.


  • Miscellaneous
  • For Shell orders, the minimum order is 100 shells (4 boxes) of any combination of our products. Any shell order placed not meeting this requirement will be invalid and will not be processed. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships from our plant. Your card is not charged when you place your order on our web site. It is charged when we do an in-house invoice at the time of shipping. A copy of our invoice will be included in your order.
